Principles of Servant Leadership

Course Description: Explore and practice the foundational principles of servant leadership from a biblical perspective. Recognizing the cutting edge of leadership theory and approaches to leadership, students will gain an understanding of what is most effective in the long-term motivation of people, changing circumstances, and actualizing vision. (3 credit hours)

The course materials include course syllabus, course outline, link to the required textbook and recommended reading, a self-assessment following each video session, and a final graded assessment (or final exam).

As a teacher, author, former pastor, missionary, and former Dean of Academic Affairs at Harrison Christian University, he brings a wealth of passion and experience to any subject he teaches.
